This place is absolutely brilliant. The food is lovely and the price reasonable. The service is second to none. They really are all about the customer. Would highly recommend!

Needs MORE STARS!! This is hands down the best chicken resteraunt I've ever been to! Head and shoulders above the likes of Nandos. The staff were incredible professional, really friendly and guided us through their menue as well as giving us advice. When we started eating the staff then brought over a potion of chicken tenders with a selection of their dipping sauces ( which were good!) On the house. This may now my go-to for takeaways, and eating in for that matter. You want a spicy chicken burger meal- CHECK Want a beer with that?- CHECK This is not for you diet wimps..but if you want a proper treat after work, then look.no further.

Peckers is taking fried chicken to the next level with its elite offering in its second location that’s recently opened in Stevenage! I don’t even know where to start, maybe just the quality... the chicken burgers and tenders were proper cuts of chicken not like some chicken shops where there’s more batter than chicken! All sauces are made by Peckers and the freshness shows! Their batter is custom made to a special Peckers recipe! For some reason (mainly because my eyes are bigger than my belly) I thought I’d try the Mega Pecker Burger! Toasted seeded brioche, 2 crispy Peckers breaded chicken fillets, house-made mayo, hash brown, melted cheese, crispy lettuce & crispy onions. You can see in the video it was a lot to get my mouth around but soooo tasty and not at all greasy! There’s something about a hash brown and chicken fillets on a bun! The buffalo wings (standard order when they’re on the menu) were a treat just the right level of heat, and a sharpness to them. Perfectly accompanied by the home made aioli sauce to dip into. The supercharged and honey bbq tenders were superb. We especially liked the honey bbq which gave just the right level of sweetness to break the bbq sauce away from the norm and give your tastebuds a taste sensation. The loaded fries were a feast on their own! Obviously going for the peckers special! Dripping in hand crafted cheese sauce & secret recipe buffalo soldier sauce, topped with jalapenos & crispy onions. These had to be taken home to be enjoyed later! And enjoyed they were! Rounded off with sweet churros and extra thick milkshakes made from your favourite chocolates you have the best of everything. We most certainly will be back as there is so much on the menu that we didn’t try. Not to mention the range of drinks from across the pond. Cream Soda Dr Pepper anyone? The staff literally couldn’t be nicer and couldn’t do enough! Thank you guys! With locations in Stevenage and Hitchin peckers is a must try! We went straight back to the office and told everyone we spoke to about it! What a place!

Me & my boyfriend love it here, 10/10 both times we’ve ordered and sat in. The customer service was amazing and the chicken was even better... the manager came out and offered some chicken tenders on the house to try as it was quiet! Would definitely recommend!

My favourite spot to chill and eat- the food is amazing, I loved the new cake and would also recommend the tenders. Also the customer service is great, all the staff are so nice. Additionally it’s clean and they play good music, love the vibe!

Came in with my partner on Thursday afternoon to get some food to takeaway. Place was spotlessly clean with a good atmosphere and the staff were really friendly. My partner has a dietary requirement meaning meat has to be cooked slightly longer for her, bossman had absolutely no problem with this and went out of his way to get her a fresh batch of tenders cooked up. He told us because of this it would take slightly longer for our food to be ready, we had no problem waiting at all. When the food was ready to collect, bossman told us that for the extra wait he had given us 3 extra wings and two extra tenders. Really nice gesture and completely unnecessary as we expected to wait longer anyway. Food was still piping hot when we got home and it was quality for a decent price! We’ll be back!
